SERVICE DESCRIPTION AND USAGE TERMS

1. Service Overview: PeTai is an online education platform (the 'Service') that provides access to educational content, courses, and resources (the 'Content') to its users (the 'User' or 'Users').

2. Usage Terms: The User is responsible for using the Service in accordance with the terms and conditions set forth in this agreement. The User may access and use the Service for personal or educational purposes only. Commercial use is strictly prohibited.

USER RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACCEPTABLE USE POLICY

1. Responsibility: The User is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of their account login credentials and other personal information.

2. Acceptable Use Policy: The User agrees not to:

• Use the Service for illegal or harmful purposes
• Violate or infringe any intellectual property rights or proprietary rights
• Engage in spamming, phishing, or any other malicious activities
• Harass, threaten, or bully other Users
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or any other User's account

PAYMENT TERMS AND BILLING POLICIES

1. Payment Method: Payment for the Service may be made through credit cards, PayPal, or other payment methods as accepted by PeTai.

2. Billing Cycle: The billing cycle for the Service shall be monthly or annually, depending on the plan chosen by the User.

SERVICE LEVEL AGREEMENTS AND SUPPORT

1. Service Level Agreement: PeTai shall strive to maintain a minimum uptime of 99.9% for the Service, excluding planned maintenance or unforeseen circumstances.

2. Support: PeTai shall provide support to its Users through email (contact@petai.academy) and online support channels.

TERMINATION CONDITIONS

1. Termination: PeTai reserves the right to terminate the Service or the User's account at any time, without notice, in the event of:

• Non-payment of fees
• Violation of the Acceptable Use Policy
• Infringement of intellectual property rights
• Suspension or termination of the Service due to unforeseen circumstances

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

1. Copyright and Trademark: All content, including text, images, audio, and video, on the Service (the 'Content') is owned by PeTai or its licensors.

2. License: The User is granted a limited, non-exclusive license to access and use the Content for personal or educational purposes only. Any unauthorized use or reproduction of the Content is strictly prohibited.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

1. Limitation: PeTai shall not be liable for any damages, including but not limited to consequential, incidental, or punitive damages, arising from:

GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION

By accessing and using the PeTai Service, the User agrees to be bound by the terms and conditions set forth in this agreement. If the User does not agree to these terms and conditions, they should not use the Service.

ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

The User's use of the Service constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions.
